The best banana Chia Pudding even. This one is super healthy, naturally sweetened, high in fibre and iron, and only takes 5 mins to make. I usually meal prep a few jars for the whole week and enjoy them for breakfast, snacks, or a healthy dessert when my sugar cravings attack. Also, it is dairy-free and gluten-free! I have been reading a lot about the additional health benefits of blending chia seeds instead of eating them whole, and I came across a recipe for them. With a few alterations, I got myself a great breakfast meal that's rich in heart-healthy Omega-3s and is great for the gut. I blended the walnuts with the other ingredients as I like a nutty texture, but you can add them on the top as garnish, too. This recipe might just be your new favourite breakfast. Save and share!
