For the Salad:
- 200 grams rice noodles (boil as per packet instructions)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups sliced capsicums
- 1 cup chopped spring onions and greens
- 2 tbsp roasted sesame
For the Dressing:
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 inch grated ginger
