Homemade Granola

This recipe is SO easy ,ready in minutes and lets you customize exactly what goes in.


I love knowing it's packed with healthy nuts, seeds, and barely any sugar. Plus, a big jar lasts me ages!


Top it with yogurt for a seriously addictive breakfast (or snack!).

Ingredients

4 cups rolled oats

1 cup raw walnuts

1 cup pepita seeds

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup melted coconut oil

1 tbsp vanilla extract

(Optional add-ins) :1/3 cup raisins, cranberries, dark chocolate chips, orange zest (mix with 2 tbsp sugar)

Method

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Mix dry ingredients (oats, nuts, seeds, cinnamon, zest/sugar).

Combine oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.

Toss dry and wet ingredients, spread on a baking sheet.

Bake 20 minutes, stirring halfway (until golden brown).

Let cool, add your favorite mix-ins, and store in an airtight container (fridge optional).
