Step 1
Take one scoop of Phase 1 the first day of your period. Continue to take one scoop of Phase 1 daily for 14 days.
Step 2
On day 15 of your cycle, switch to Phase 2. Take one scoop of Phase 2 daily for 14 days
Step 3
Repeat.
