Ingredients

  • 2 cups blanched broccoli
  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • 1 cup basil leaves
  • 4-5 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup edamame (frozen or thawed)
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese or 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency by adding more olive oil if needed.
  3. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
