Ingredients

  • Frozen and Thawed Puff pastry sheet -1 (Store bought)
  • 2 apples ,Peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • Cinnamon -optional

Method

  • Preheat oven to 220 degrees
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and keep aside
  • Cut puff pastry into two and roll the sides up
  • Layer sliced apples
  • Sprinkle sugar and drizzle butter on the puff pastries
  • If using cinnamon, sprinkle some on top
  • Bake for 15-18 mins or till the apples start caramelising and the puff pastries turn golden brown
  • Enjoy warm with ice cream
