Ingredients

  • 100 grams almonds
  • 50 grams flax seeds
  • 50 grams sunflower seeds
  • 30 grams pumpkin seeds
  • 20 grams sesame seeds
  • 10 gram chia seeds
  • 20 grams black sesame seeds
  • Handful of fox nuts
  • 10 grams dried coconut
  • 10 Medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

Method

  • Toast the almonds on low heat.
  • Place the roasted almonds in a food processor and grind until finely chopped.
  • Toast all the other seeds and fox nuts on low heat or until lightly golden brown. 
  • Add the remaining Toasted seeds and fox nuts, and pulse with the almond mixture until they form a coarse meal.
  • Add the dried coconut, pitted Medjool dates, and peanut butter to the food processor. Pulse until the mixture starts to stick together. 
  • Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls.
  • Place the energy balls in an airtight container and refrigerate
