Ingredients

  • 125 Grams Dark chocolate chips
  • 120 Grams salted butter 
  • 3/4 cup Raw Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1/4 cup neutral oil
  • 1 cup all purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp instant coffee granules
  • 1 cup boiling hot water

Method

  • Preheat the oven at 150 degrees C
  • Prepare a 9 inch round cake tin and line with baking paper
  • Melt Chocolate and Butter together
  • Add Sugar and whisk well
  • Add Eggs,Vanilla and whisk well 
  • Add the Flours and salt and fold
  • Mix coffee with Boiling water and mix with the batter on high speed for 30  seconds.
  • Pour the batter in the cake tin and Bake for 45-50 mins or till a skewer comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool for 10 Mins
  • Remove from the Cake pan and let it cool completely before  cutting.
