Ingredients

  • 180 grams almond butter
  • 50 grams puffed rice
  • 50 grams pepita seeds
  • 50 grams dried cranberries
  • 12 pitted Medjool dates
  • Sea salt
  • Almond flakes
  • Dark chocolate, melted

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Roast puffed rice for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • In a food processor, combine almond butter, dates, puffed rice, pepita seeds, and dried cranberries. Pulse until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls.
  • Dip each ladoo in melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt and almond flakes.
  • Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate sets.
