Ingredients

  • 200 grams feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 (200-gram) jar drained roasted red bell peppers
  • 1 garlic clove, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon pomegranate molasses (or balsamic vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)

Method

  • In the bowl of a food processor, add the crumbled feta cheese, drained roasted red bell peppers, roughly chopped garlic clove, fresh lemon juice, pomegranate molasses (or balsamic vinegar), extra-virgin olive oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  • Process the ingredients on high speed until the dip is smooth and creamy, about 1 minute. Be sure to scrape down the sides of the food processor bowl as needed to ensure all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Serve immediately or chill for later.
