Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro (coriander)
  • 1/4 cup chopped jalapeno pepper (adjust for desired spice level)
  • Salt, to taste

Method

  • In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients: diced mango, bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, salt, and lemon juice.
  • Give everything a good stir to ensure all the ingredients are well combined.
  • Serve immediately with tortilla chips, alongside tacos, or use it to top grilled meats or fish.
