Ingredients

  • 300 grams pasta (cooked)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder or Tabasco sauce
  • 1 cup full-cream milk
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped spinach
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish

Method

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion until softened.
  3. Stir in cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili powder, and gochujang paste. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add tomato paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in milk and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until heated through.
  6. Stir in spinach and cooked pasta. Toss to coat.
  7. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
