BREAKFAST
1. Chia Pudding (Seed Cycling)
INGREDIENTS

1 cup plain yoghurt
-
2 tbsp chia seeds
-
½ cup blueberries
-
1 tbsp seed cycling mix
METHOD
Stir the yoghurt and chia seeds together and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, or overnight, until thickened. Top with blueberries and a generous spoon of your seed cycling mix just before serving.
LUNCH
2. Salad Dressing (Seed Cycling)
INGREDIENTS

Juice of ½ lemon

2 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tsp dijon mustard
-
1 tbsp seed cycling mix

Salt and pepper, to taste
METHOD
Whisk the lemon juice, olive oil, mustard and seed cycling mix together until emulsified. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle over your favourite greens.

3. Quinoa Porridge (Seed Cycling)
INGREDIENTS

½ cup uncooked quinoa
-
1 can (400ml) full-fat coconut milk, or milk of your choice
-
2 tsp maple syrup, or to taste

1 tsp cinnamon
-
Splashes of water, if needed
FOR TOPPING
-
½ cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
-
½ cup mango, fresh or frozen, chopped
-
¼ cup pecans, chopped
-
2 tbsp coconut shavings
-
1 tbsp seed cycling mix, as per your phase
METHOD
Simmer the quinoa in coconut milk with the maple syrup and cinnamon, stirring occasionally, until soft and porridge-like, about 15 to 20 minutes. Loosen with a splash of water if it thickens too much. Spoon into a bowl and top with raspberries, mango, pecans, coconut shavings and a tablespoon of the seed cycling mix for your current phase.

SNACK
4. Iron-Rich Cacao Orange Fudge (Seed Cycling)
INGREDIENTS

4 tbsp cacao
-
Zest of 2 oranges, finely grated
-
A small handful of dried cranberries
-
150g pitted medjool dates
-
½ cup mixed nuts
-
½ cup seed cycling mix
METHOD
Blitz the dates, mixed nuts, cacao and orange zest in a food processor until the mixture comes together into a sticky, coarse dough. Pulse in the cranberries and seed cycling mix, just enough to distribute them through. Press firmly into a lined small tin, chill until firm, then slice into squares.

5. Everyday Morning Smoothie (Seed Cycling)
INGREDIENTS

1 banana
-
1 tsp almond butter
-
1 tbsp peanut butter, for healthy fats and protein

½ cup rolled oats, for fibre and lasting energy

1 cup milk or almond milk, to help it blend
-
1 tbsp seed cycling mix
METHOD
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy chilled, any morning of the week.
