Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup strawberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 pitted date
  • 1/4 cup coconut yogurt (or your favorite yogurt)
  • 1 cup almond milk (or your preferred milk)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • Cacao nibs for garnish (optional)

Method

  • Combine strawberries, banana, date, yogurt, and milk in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, like a milkshake!
  • Add the chia seeds to the blended mixture and stir well.
  • Transfer to a jar or container, cover, and refrigerate for at least a few hours, or preferably overnight.
  • Top with cacao nibs or your favourite toppings and enjoy a delicious and nutritious breakfast all week long.
