Ingredients

For the Burger Patties:

  • 500 grams chicken mince
  • 1 zucchini, grated and squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 cup chopped spinach(optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander
  • 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 2 teaspoons coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Serving:

  • Burger Buns
  • Pickles of your choice
  • Spicy Mayo/Sriracha mayo or any sauce of your choice
  • Lettuce

 

Method

  • In a large bowl, combine chicken mince, grated zucchini, cottage cheese, ginger-garlic paste, spinach, coriander, cheddar cheese, cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder (if using), salt, and pepper.
  • Knead the mixture for a few minutes until well combined.
  • Oil your hands and form small round patties from the mixture.
  • Heat ghee, butter, or oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties until cooked through on both sides.
  • Place the cooked burgers on the bottom halves of the buns. Top with lettuce, pickles, and a generous amount of spicy mayo or a sauce of your choice.
